RATES

Water is available spring to fall (usually April thru October, weather dependent). Non sewer sites will be pumped out up to twice a week at no charge (Mondays and Fridays only, when water is on) and must be requested in advance each day a pump out is needed (to prevent pumping out empty trailers).

Seasonal rates include up to 2 adults and all dependent children under 18 years old who belong to those adults. If the adults do not have any underaged children, we can include up to 3 named grandchildren under the age of 18 at no additional cost. For all non-dependent children (nieces, nephews, cousins, friends) you must add them to the contract ($350 per Adult, $300 per child) or pay the visitor fees upon arrival.

Deposit

A one time $500 refundable security deposit required in addition to the yearly fee.

Waitlist

If a site is not available or you would like to wait for a sewer site before bringing your trailer in, you may place your name on a waiting list. You must fill out an application and leave a $200 non-refundable deposit. The $200 will be applied to your first payment upon site fulfillment.

Background / Credit Checks

All adults must have a background check performed to help ensure we stay a family friendly campground. Credit Checks are required for primary adults unless you wish to pay the site in full. There is non refundable $25 fee per adult for these checks.

Winter Camping

During the winter months (when we turn the water off to most sites), camping should generally be limited to weekends, holidays and school vacations only. Anyone found to be using the campground excessively during the winter months could be construed as living here and may result in immediate contract cancellation. Please don’t hesitate to reach out should you wish to make use of the site for an extended period in the winter.

Payment Plans

Trailers older than 15 years old will require management preapproval and will not qualify for payment plans (site must be paid in full).
