Water not available during winter months (with the exception of a few sites with sewer. Please contact the office for details).

Electricity on monthly sites is metered, will be billed separately and will require a $500 deposit towards your final months bill.


Deposits

Reservations with stays less than 30 days: Payment in full via cash or credit card required at the time of booking.


Cancellations

Reservations with stays of less than 15 days: A 10 day notice of cancellation will be required to receive a full refund minus $35.00. Any cancellations with less than 10 days notice will not receive a refund or credit.

Reservations with stays of 15 days or more: A 30 days notice of cancellation will be required to receive a full refund minus $70.00. If cancelled with 15 days or more notice (but less than 30) we will refund the full amount minus 50% of the first month. Less than 15 days notice will refund the full amount minus 100% of the first month.


Check In & Out

Check In between 1:30pm and 10:00pm. Early Check In fees may apply (Early Check in is not available for single night reservations).

Check Out is 1:00 pm (11:00 am for Cabins). Late Check Out at 6:00 pm is available at no charge provided you have camped with us for at least 2 nights (3 on holiday weekends) and your site is available (Cabins Excluded). Please check with office on the day of your check out for availability. (Late check out is not available for single night reservations).

There are no refunds for early departures.


Cabins

Our rustic cabins can accommodate up to 6 people and consist of a single room with a queen bed, 2 sets of bunk beds, overhead ceiling fan with light, electrical outlets, TV, DVD Player, fridge and a small table with chairs. Outside there is a front porch, picnic table, charcoal grill, and a fire ring provided. Cooking is allowed outside only. No cooking is allowed inside cabins or on the front porch at any time. Cabins do not have kitchens or a bath. There is no running water in the cabins, a faucet is located on the outside. Please bring your own linens, towels, cookware, etc., as they are not provided.

There is a 2-night minimum (3 nights on holiday weekends).

  • No refunds for early departures.
  • No smoking allowed in cabins.
  • No pets allowed in cabins or on cabin sites.

A refundable security deposit of $100.00 will be added ($400 for monthly cabin rentals) in case of loss or damage to the cabin or its contents. A valid driver’s license and credit card in the name of the reservation are required. At check in, all rentals are in good housekeeping, and we ask they remain that way upon departure. The deposit is refundable if the rental unit is clean and undamaged upon checkout. Camper liability is not limited to the security deposit.

There will be a $100.00 cleaning fee assessed if evidence of pets or smoking is found in the cabin.

Discounts cannot be applied to cabin rentals, including the 3 for 2 special.
