Electricity on monthly sites is metered, will be billed separately and will require a $500 deposit towards your final months bill.

Deposits

Reservations with stays of 30 days or more: 1 Month via cash or credit card at the time of booking with the balance being due upon arrival.

Cancellations

Reservations with stays of 15 days or more: A 30 days notice of cancellation will be required to receive a full refund minus $70.00. If cancelled with 15 days or more notice (but less than 30) we will refund the full amount minus 50% of the first month. Less than 15 days notice will refund the full amount minus 100% of the first month.

Check In & Out

Check In between 1:30pm and 10:00pm.

Check Out is 1:00 pm

There are no refunds for early departures.
